Maple Balsamic Salad Dressing
5-6 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. Dijon Mustard
3-4 Tbsp Organic Maple Syrup
Salt and Pepper, to taste
1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup Canola Oil
Whisk together the first 3 ingredients.
Slowly add oils.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve drizzled over your favorite salad.
Store vinaigrette in refrigerator.
